This project was the development of an existing central London building into a new mixed-use property comprising an aesthetically pleasing 2-storey basement, 10-storey rear section and 7-storey wing at Westminster Bridge Road, London. Within the building envelope is contained a restaurant, retail facilities, an apart-hotel building with 218 bedrooms and office suites at lower levels. Lynco installed Wicona Curtain Wall screens to the front and rear extension of the building as well as to the below ground office suites and courtyard. Wicona and Metal Technology Windows were installed on this project with specialist glazing to eliminate central London street noise. Lynco were also responsible for the roof copings on this project, fitting aesthetically pleasing copings with abseiling capabilities where necessary for building maintenance.
