The Skainos Project is an urban regeneration project in inner East Belfast providing shared space for the community. It incorporates conference facilities, cafes, social housing & the East Belfast Mission.

Skainos has won many awards across various sectors, including Project of the Year at the RICS NI Awards.

Lynco were responsible for the supply & installation of Reynaers Windows / Doors & Curtain Walling, along with various cladding systems & build-ups. Lynco also installed the feature timber ceiling inside the main Mission hall.
